Prince Adewusi empowers over 250 Farmers, artisans in Ogun State

Prince Rasheed Adewusi has empowered over two hundred and fifty people’s among whom were artisans and farmer in the four wards of Ketu Constituency ll with tools and equipment to further boost their capacity and productivity.
The artisans had undergone training in. Tailoring, Welding and Solar Power installation were presented with their certificates.
The farmers were given cutlasses, fertilizer and insecticide.
Prince Adewusi,who is populaly known as Praada also distributed Gas cylinders to married women present at the occasion.


At the empowerment programme held at Yewa NorthLocalGovernment .Primary School, Ijoun near ljoun Market in Yewa North Local Government Area of Ogun State, Prince Adewusi said”
“I ve seen that God has created we human beings for purpose of helping one another.
” This is why I commenced this empowerment programme. Well meaning individuals in the society should always endeavor to support the less privileged and should not be seen to be tight fisted with whatever God has blessed us with.


” Many have the believe that Government should provide all the amenities for the people.but Govt has a lot to attend to,in view of this, we must assist the less privileged in our community”.
He implored the married women to use the gas cylinder effectively, as this would protect them from the dangers of smoke of firewood.
Adewusi disclosed that he is not using the program to attract or contest for elective office but, will be willing to serve if the people of Ketu or Ogun State beckon on him.

He commended Sen.. Olamilekan Adeola,Hon.Gboyega Isiaka and all the elected and appointed officials representing Ketu and Ogun west in All Progressives Congress.
He said ” truly, I have been seeing on social media,the laudable , progressive and developmental projects being done while I was in overseas. but now, I have seen it physical since my return to Nigeria “.
Vice – Chairman Yewa North Local Government, Hon.Ilori, who represented the Council Chairman, Dr.Olusola Samuel Akinbode, APC Chairman, Yewa North,Hon. Adeosun applauded Prince Adewusi for enrolling youths into the skill acquisition project and empowering them with tools and equipment after their graduation.
The APC chieftain added that he was happy seeing someone who has not occupied any political office, empowering people in the axis”.
Hon. Adeosun , therefore, enjoined the beneficiaries not to sell the tools but utilize it for their businesses
In his remarks, the Onijoun of Ijoun Yewa, Oba Ogunji thanked Prince Adewusi for the impactful steps taken at uplifting the youths, farmers, artisans and others.
The monarch said ” we have been to many empowerment programmes. It is those holding elective offices that usually do it..I am surprised that Prince Rasheed Adewusi, a non- holder of any political office and yet empowering people. You are laying a good example. People will really enjoy you if you take part in politics”
One of the beneficiaries, Ajibode Elizabeth from who got sewing Machine said ” I have been logging to learn sewing and when I heard about the scheme, I enrolled and after the graduation , tools and equipment of the skill acquired well given to me. I really express gratitude to Prince Adewusi for hi kind gestures.
