“May we all appreciate our Governor. To me, he is a gentleman endowed with an avalanche of grace. Mr. Governor, we are doing this to honor God and honor you. Despite the economic downturn in our dear nation, I’ve defied all odds to ensure the completion of this project. I constantly reminded myself that I owe the Governor a duty to present this edifice as soon as possible as a mark of my fidelity, respect, honor, cooperation, and synergy to this remarkable, level-headed, humble, and dynamic leader of our dear state.”
