Isikalu thanks Sen. Solomon Olamilekan on his fulfilment of Ilara-Ijoun- Ilase Road…urges him to remember Igbokofi road.
Hon.Olalekan Isikalu has expressed appreciation to Senator. Olamilekan Adéola Yayi for the fulfilment of his words about Ilara-Ijoun-llase Road.
Isikalu who made the commendation through his media in Abuja described the action as a welcome development.
” if my people in Yewa North / Imeko-Afon local government remember vividly, Sen.Olamilekan Adeola promise us during his campaign that he will make sure federal government do the road before his second year’s in office “.
Now that the contractor has backed to the site it means he has fulfilled his promise “.
Isikalu now urged Sen.Olamilekan to come to the rescue of igbokofi people in ketu land
” Our people in the area has always call the State and Federal Government to help them repair the road and make sure that people in this environment enjoy the dividend of Democracy. But I know that their dreams can come true, true my Senator, Sen.Solomon Olamilekan the aremo of Yewa Land.
I believe that if the road is good it will also boost the economy of Ogun West,the state and Nigeria at Large.
“I think the spec of this contract should be made open. This will allow the community leaders to monitor the execution to meet up to standard. This good work of YAYI should not just be done anyhow because we don’t know when we would have this type of opportunity again. If the contractor noticed that people around will monitor, they will surely construct the road to taste and align with the contract specifications.
