PMAN EXECUTIVE VISITS AYELAAGBE, SEEKS COLLABORATION FOR OPPORTUNITIES

“We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.” This quote resonated in my remarks on Thursday 15th May 2025 as I received the Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria (PMAN), Yewa South Local Government, on a courtesy visit in my office.
The PMAN representatives highlighted their contributions to community development and appealed for consideration for opportunities and referrals to launch them to stardom. They cited their potential involvement in community festivals, youth days, parties, in areas such as Fuji, Juju, Gospel Music, Bolojo, Islamic songs, and assorted cultural melodies.
In response, I underscored the importance of artists in promoting cultural development within communities, which ultimately benefits local, state, and national growth. While assuring them of necessary support, I encouraged them to also occasionally consider volunteering in township festivals and other community development services, which can foster connections and growth.
The 17-man delegation includes Amb. Olakunle Femi, Mr. Aboaba Rotimi, Alh Wale Dollar, Lady Evangelist C.A Afolabi, Hajia Monsurat Imole Anobi, Mr Adele Mukaila, Sunday Orobiyi Sunny Best, KayGold, Mrs Awebiogbon, among others.
