Chief Obasanjo Ojugbele omo Ayelade 1 , who is the akeweje of Ebute-Igbooro, and the CEO and Managing Director of Soj charity foundation was seen at Abeokuta distributing edible gifts to the less privileged in the name of the celebrant. in Abeokuta,Ogun State Capital.
Although the media began recording the event, SOJ politely requested they stop, explaining that the celebrant, Alhaji Ibrahim Dende Egungbohun, detests public displays of charity, despite being a long-time philanthropist.
After the distribution, SOJ shared his sentiments, saying, “I don’t want to be recorded while sharing these gifts because the noble celebrant, for whom these items were distributed, has always been a philanthropist who does not make noise about his good deeds. Alhaji is a rare gem.”
He further pledged to continue supporting Ibrahim Dende’s causes and prayed, “May Almighty God continue to guide and guard him in all his undertakings.”
